Mrs. Plancher, with a background in Computer Technology and Cyber Forensics, established Plancher Security and Investigation, LLC in 2014. She leads this security and investigation firm, specializing in private investigations, background checks, security training, and guard services. Mrs. Plancher's extensive education and training significantly shape the vision, mission, and overall direction of Plancher Security.

 

In her role, Mrs. Plancher oversees company policies, payroll, candidate screenings, interviews, corporate training, human resources, and the administrative department. Additionally, she manages tasks such as website creation, computer maintenance, hardware installations, system repairs, troubleshooting, technical support, website development, design, social media management, marketing, promotions, and advertising.

 

With fifteen years of experience as a Managing Director and Marketing Technologist, she enhances Plancher Security and Investigation with meticulous organization and exemplary training methods.

 

Mrs. Plancher is a certified NRA Instructor for the National Rifle Association, a licensed Private Investigator, and a state licensed Security Officer authorized by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).

 

As the VP of Finance at RST, Mrs. Plancher supervises the finance and human resource department's daily activities. She prepares financial reports for investors and shareholders, conducts interviews for recruiting finance team members, analyzes company expenses, offers financial guidance to executives and managers, and aligns department resources to achieve company goals.
